Al began his soccer career playing for Mount Royal and Lethbridge College before becoming Head Coach for the Lethbridge College Men’s Team in 1999. He was also involved as a player and then coach for Lethbridge Croatia in the Alberta Major Soccer League during that time. After his time as a player, Al joined the Lethbridge Football Club as a coach and sat on the Technical Committee and his time as Foothills’ Development Academy Manager began in 2017. Al currently holds his NCCP Level 1, 2, and 3, and Provincial B Licenses, while sitting on the CSA Youth License.
